Warp and circular knitted fabrics
Versatile warp knitted and circular knitted fabric made individually
From our wide variety of yarns, we can produce an equally wide variety of warp knitted and circular knitted fabrics. The many different types of fabrics vary in the type of stitch formation, as well as the size and number of stitches. Our warp knitted and circular knitted fabrics are used both as technical textiles and in clothing. Whether in combination with elastane as elastic fabrics, as net and mesh fabrics, or as velour, the possible applications and variations are considerable.
- Blackout fabrics
- Circular knit fabric (tricot, interlock, double or single jersey, elastic or with mixed yarns)
- Elastic fabrics (Powernet, Sleeknet, Charmeuse): Elasticity is needed especially in clothing. In particular, underwear or sportswear must be elastic to guarantee mobility and comfort.
- Net and mesh fabrics: Net or mesh fabrics can be made from a variety of yarns, such as polyester. The hole openings range from 1 mm x 1 mm up to 10 mm x 10 mm. They are used in a wide variety of applications, such as fine and light lining fabrics or also in the field of insect and pollen protection.
- Pole sling articles
- Spacer: A spacer fabric consists of two warp knitted surfaces which are kept apart by connecting threads. This type of warp knitted fabric is used for ventilation or moisture management. They also have cushioning properties and can be used, for example, as shoulder pads or mattress toppers.
- Terrycloth: Terrycloth is a loop fabric, which can have loops on one or both sides. The best-known application is in the home sector, as a towel or for cleaning fabrics.
- Textiles for digital printing: Textiles for digital printing include in particular flag fabrics and lightbox fabrics. Brilliant colors and images result on them.
- Tulle: For the production of tulle is used polyester, polyacrylic, cotton and elastane with different proportions. The net can be produced as honeycomb (honey comb) or diamond (diamond).
- Velour (velcro, loop, bouclette): Velour is a textile product with a fluffy surface. Warp knitted velour takes on a velvet-like quality due to the roughening of the surface. Velour is used, for example, as velcro or in the automotive industry for polishing work.
